Maptastic Workshop

We had an afternoon workshop that involved using a map to collage your research journey so far. We had access to lots of collage materials and some huge A1 maps of different places (not any places I've heard of).

I don't really play around with collage a lot so I really use this workshop to play around with materials and have a bit of fun sticking stuff down. I themed my map around zombies and the dead, adding stuff like gravestones, blood, hands and feet. I even found a red pen that was a bit translucent and coloured in areas of the map to show that 'areas that had been infected by zombies'. I think I could expand on this idea and maybe use it later for the inside cover of my comic or some kind of outside storytelling.
